• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and (if applicable) your club membership number.
• Health information you provide — details you choose to share about medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy, so your sessions are safe and appropriate.
• Booking activity — your appointments, treatments, cancellations, and notes related to your visits.
• Payment information — payments are processed securely by Square. We do not store your full card number; Square handles card data directly.

How we use your information

• To schedule, provide, and improve your treatments and care.
• To process payments and manage cancellations or no-shows.
• To communicate with you about your appointments and account.
• To send optional marketing messages — only if you have explicitly opted in. You can opt out at any time.

How we share your information

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the Services — for example, Square (payments) and Supabase (secure data hosting) — and only as needed to run the business. We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell your personal or health information.

Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time. You can also delete your account directly in the app (Account → Delete account), which removes your profile and personal data, subject to records we are required to retain by law.

Data security & retention

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to provide the Services or to meet legal and professional record-keeping obligations.

Children

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children without appropriate consent.
