These Terms govern your use of the Maluhialu Wellness website and app and the booking of services with Luisa Martín at Panther Valley Golf & Country Club. By creating an account or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide in-person massage therapy and holistic wellness services by appointment. Payments and appointments are for real-world, in-person services delivered at our location.

Informed consent & health disclosure

• You voluntarily consent to receive massage therapy and wellness services. These services are for relaxation and relief of muscular tension and are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
• You agree to inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy. Certain conditions may require a physician's clearance.
• You may stop a session at any time, for any reason.

Release of liability

You acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with massage and wellness services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Maluhialu Wellness, Luisa Martín, and Panther Valley Golf & Country Club from liability for any injury or loss arising from the services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You confirm that the health information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Booking, cancellation & no-shows

• You may cancel appointments through your account.
• A cancellation fee of $25 applies to cancellations and no-shows and may be charged to your payment method on file.
• Arriving late may shorten your session so that following appointments are not delayed.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Square. Applicable taxes and add-ons are shown before you pay. You authorize charges for the services you book and any applicable cancellation fees.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
